Week 3 Day 21 – 11 mile run

Felt good! I absolutely love my Nathan’s hydration belt! You can buy it here or at any online running specialty store. It took some getting used to but after about a mile or so all was well and I didn’t even notice it unless I wanted some of my drink. I filled it with water and Mio Energy! It definitely made the run more enjoyable! I wore my Mizuno Wave Rider 13’s for this run. They have more mileage on them than I would like but they still feel good so why not! I alternate between those, my Wave Rider 16’s (which have been causing me some left ankle pain), and my new Mizuno Wave Sayonaras. I guess I love Mizuno!
