My Marathon Training Guide

Marathon scheduleI will update week by week how my training is going starting with week 4 (Aug 5-11, 2013). This guide is just that, a guide. It is not set in stone and I will not kill myself to make it so! Life is about having fun as well! Enjoy!

    It’s nice to see that I’m only 4 miles behind where you are on long runs. I haven’t gotten my training schedule from TNT yet. Now, I just need the motivation to get out there on the weekdays!
